1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “Client”) and SEO Dubai Pro (the “Company”) regarding the use of our website and SEO services. By requesting a quote, signing a service agreement, or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Services Provided

SEO Dubai Pro provides a range of professional SEO services including but not limited to:

Local SEO Services Dubai
Google My Business SEO Services
Technical SEO Service
Google Search Console Setup Service
SEO Audit
On Page SEO Service
Off Page SEO Services
Schema Markup Service
Conversion Rate Optimization Service

The specific scope of services will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement or proposal provided to the Client prior to commencement of work.

3. Payment Terms — 50% Advance Required

The following payment terms apply to all projects and services provided by SEO Dubai Pro:

50% Advance Payment: A non-refundable advance payment of 50% (fifty percent) of the total agreed project fee is required before any work begins. Work will not commence until this advance payment has been received and confirmed by SEO Dubai Pro.
Remaining 50% Payment: The remaining balance of 50% is due upon project completion or as specified in the individual service agreement.
Monthly Retainer Services: For ongoing monthly SEO retainer packages, full monthly payment is due on or before the 1st of each month. Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension.
Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of agreement. All payments must be made in the agreed currency.
Late Payment: Late payments may incur a delay in service delivery. SEO Dubai Pro reserves the right to pause or suspend services until outstanding payments are received.
Non-Refundable Advance: The 50% advance payment is strictly non-refundable once work has commenced, as it covers initial research, strategy, setup, and resource allocation.

By confirming your project with SEO Dubai Pro, you agree to these payment terms without exception.

4. Project Timelines

SEO Dubai Pro will provide estimated timelines for project delivery at the time of agreement. These timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to:

Delays in receiving required information, access, or approvals from the Client.
Changes to project scope requested by the Client.
Third-party platform delays such as Google indexing or verification timelines.
Unforeseen technical challenges.

SEO Dubai Pro will communicate any timeline changes promptly and work to minimize delays wherever possible.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the successful delivery of our services, the Client agrees to:

Provide timely access to required platforms including website CMS, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google My Business.
Provide accurate and complete business information required for SEO implementation.
Review and approve deliverables within the agreed timeframe.
Make payments on time as per the agreed payment schedule.
Notify SEO Dubai Pro of any changes to the website or business that may affect SEO performance.

Delays caused by the Client’s failure to fulfill these responsibilities will not be the liability of SEO Dubai Pro.

6. No Guarantee of Results

SEO Dubai Pro applies industry best practices and proven SEO strategies to achieve the best possible results for our clients. However, we do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic volumes, or business outcomes. Search engine algorithms are subject to continuous change and are outside our control. Results may vary based on competition, market conditions, website history, and algorithm updates.

7. Intellectual Property

All strategies, reports, content, and deliverables created by SEO Dubai Pro for the Client become the Client’s property upon receipt of full payment. Until full payment is received, all work product remains the intellectual property of SEO Dubai Pro. The Client may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of any deliverable until payment is complete.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all project-related information, business data, strategies, and communications strictly confidential. SEO Dubai Pro will not disclose Client information to any third party without prior written consent, except where required by law.

9. Third-Party Platforms

SEO Dubai Pro’s services may involve work on third-party platforms including Google, WordPress, and other tools. We are not responsible for changes made to these platforms by their respective owners that may affect our work or your website’s performance. The Client acknowledges that SEO results are influenced by third-party platforms beyond our control.

10. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. In the event of termination:

The 50% advance payment is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Any work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced and must be paid in full.
The Client is responsible for payment of all services delivered prior to termination.
SEO Dubai Pro reserves the right to terminate services immediately in the event of non-payment, abusive conduct, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SEO Dubai Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between the Client and SEO Dubai Pro, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation in Dubai, UAE. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

13. Changes to Terms

SEO Dubai Pro reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with any signed Service Agreement or proposal, constitute the entire agreement between the Client and SEO Dubai Pro regarding the services provided and supersede all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings.
